MAINTENANCE & OPERATIONAL CONSULTING
Specialist maintenance and operational consulting providing full departmental evaluations, structured gap analysis and performance benchmarking across maintenance systems, work management, planning and scheduling, asset strategy and operational execution.
We assess CMMS/EAM utilisation, preventative and corrective maintenance strategies, asset criticality, backlog health, shutdown readiness, labour utilisation, planning effectiveness, reliability performance, KPI frameworks, governance, workflow discipline and resourcing structures.
